Let us know if Ben needs any help with those projects! Since we've moved to the city Jon has all his power tools but no house to work on, so I'm sure he'd love the chance to play with them somewhere.
I tried fixing my bathroom sink and discovered that when I get down on the floor, I can't get back up. From now on, I'm making a phone call instead of being the independent granny.
