This is what our house looked like! They're moving along so quickly! We've had two - second showings of the condo in the last 5 days and one new showing last night... Someone just needs to bite!
WOW! They are moving right along on your house!!! How exciting! Were you totally surprised by what they have gotten done? I am praying hard that someone will put an offer in on the condo asap!
I remember what it was like when Jon and I sold ours, so I feel your pain! The constant waiting around to leave for showings, and you can't make any mess - that's just no fun at all.
